Terms & Conditions

General Terms:

Order confirmed only after 100% advance payment. Payment must be made at least 10 days prior to catering day.
No date can be booked without prior payment. No date can be booked with less than 10 days to catering day.
Bookings based on first come first serve basis due to high demand.
Date of order cannot be changed after booking confirmation.
Number of people cannot be reduced after booking confirmation.
Final menu must be decided before booking confirmation. No changes cam be accommodated afterwards.
We are not responsible for any accidents related to our hot buffet setup and equipment. You are responsible for your own and your guests safety.
Catering services do not include rubbish disposal. If you would like to have your rubbish from the catering event disposed off, then please look at additional services.

Food Quantity:

Total serving size for mains and starters combined is 4 litres for every 10 people. In addition to the before mentioned, following is also included:
1. Two Roti per person.
2. One piece of desert per person.
3. 200ml Rice per person
4. 150ml Raita per person
Extra charges apply if you require extra servings of any food.

Delivery charges food only:

Free delivery up to 10kms radius from coopers plains.
Additional charges apply if you would like food delivered outside the 10kms radius.
1. Up to 15kms radius – $50
2. Up to 30kms radius – $100
3. We do not deliver further then 30kms away. You are welcome to pick up the food yourself.

Delivery charges buffet equipment:

Delivery up to 10kms radius from coopers plains $50
Additional charges apply if you would like food delivered outside the 10kms radius.
1. Up to 15kms radius – $75
2. Up to 30kms radius – $100
3. We do not deliver further then 30kms away. You are welcome to pick up the equipment yourself.

Additional Services:

Buffet :

Buffet Setup only – $150
Buffet Setup + 1 Staff – 299
1. Staff is allotted for 5hrs, any extra hours are charged at $50/hr
2. We recommend having at least 1 staff for every 25 guests.
3. Staff is only responsible for fulfilling buffet food, no table service, bin changes, cleaning services included.

Disposable items:

Charged at $3.00 per person.
Includes Starter plates, Mains plates, drink cups, spoons, napkins, dessert bowls.

Rubbish:

Rubbish removal services can be provided for an extra $150.
Only rubbish directly related to catering event will be disposed off.
